Free Shipping is available for all orders over $30 AUD. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Your order will be sent out from Melbourne, Australia. To major metro cities domestically most orders should arrive within a fortnight. On average orders will arrive within one month, however they can take up to several months if there are delays such as extreme weather. Please ensure you leave enough time for your order to arrive if it needs to be in time for a special occasion or event. 

We are currently sending out orders approximately once a week, on a Tuesday AEST. 

How will it be packaged? 


We take all necessary steps to ensure the safety of your parcel, using natural and recycled packing materials wherever possible. It will depend on the items that you order, however the standard packing is a rigid recycled mailer, a thick backing board and soft paper. 

Can I get it sent express? 

Express shipping is currently unavailable. 

Who will my order be delivered by?

For domestic (Australia) orders we use Sendle, Aramex or Australia Post, depending on availability and cost. 

Customs and Duties

For orders within Australia there is no customs or duties payable as our studio is here! 

What if my parcel is damaged? 

Please get in touch immediately with photos if your parcel is missing items or is damaged, and we will contact our courier. Please note that if the issues is not raised as soon as possible, the parcel may not be covered by the insurance, and we won't receive a refund on the shipping cost, so we may have to ask you to pay for shipping costs again in order to resend your order. 

My order hasn't arrived yet

We are a very small team (just 2 people, and sometimes a friend helps!) so please have patience, we are doing our best to get your order out to you as quick as possible! If it has been over a month and it still hasn't arrived, please do get in touch and we will make sure it isn't lost in the mail! 

Refunds, Exchanges and Returns Policy
You are entitled to a refund, repair or exchange for any minor or major issues with items as stipulated under Australian Consumer Law. 
No refunds are accepted for change of mind. 
For an eligible return or exchange you will need to post the items back to us in acceptable condition, at your own expense. 
We are unable to take responsibility for orders that are lost, damaged or missing in transit, however we may be able to refund the shipping cost if you are able to send us documentation.
